He regularly advises on public-private partnerships, and works closely with trade associations, foundations, and NGOs to drive policy alignment across sectors. His work reflects a strategic focus on aligning education and workforce development goals with business innovation, government priorities, and democratic values.
Known for his ability to lead large decentralized teams, shape advocacy strategies, and brief senior leaders across public and private sectors, Alejandro has the executive presence and policy fluency to influence change at scale. He is a frequent advisor to lawmakers, and a recognized advocate for responsible innovation.
Alejandro holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is deeply committed to ensuring that the promise of digital transformation—and particularly AI—translates into meaningful, measurable real-world progress for all.
